6. What previous experience do you have with using trinity commands?
Yes, I have experience and I know every possible command that is needed for the Game Master position.Also, I would like to add, I was GM/EGM/Administrator multiple times and it gives me advantage compared to other applicants. I have experience with commands of administrator position.
7. Are you scared of being creative?
I am not scared of being creative with events or bringing up new server ideas.
8. Why do you think you should be hired?
I am a very mature, trustworthy, responsible, patient, respectful person. I will never yell at, scream at, or talk back to another player or staff member in a negative way. I succeed in most of the things I do and if I do, not I always try my best.I am a person filled with professionalism including my typing, with no mistakes,(I take care of that because I double check before I talk to a player), a honest person, I never lie to my team and I like to make the players happy in the unique server's environment..Considering my experience I can handle an Event GM Position, and a Ticket GM Position as well at the same time. I could bring the following skills: Innovation, Responsibility, Devotion, Self-manageable, Positive Attitude, Great Time Management, and Self-Confidence. I will explain each on of these below.
Innovation: I am able to bring new ideas to the table every once in a while, whether it be a new quest line, gear, or server event. I am very creative. (innovative)
Responsible: This should be self-explanatory, but in the case you want to see my description, here you are. I may seem like a care-free kind of man, but I am actually very critique towards my responsibilities. I know what needs to be done first, and I work towards getting it done, I set my priorities in the right order.
Devotion: I NEVER EVER start something and never finish it without an equitable reason. So, with that being said, I always work...work...and work...I hardly set breaks for myself. I am a workaholic and deprive myself of sleep. Some groups like this skill of mine, but others do not.
Self-manageable: Once I am given a set of orders, I work towards completing those. I am able to coach myself through all the steps, no matter how difficult they may be.
Great Time Management: It's always important to have the good time management. If I must meet a certain deadline for a project, I am set on timing everything out in intervals and making sure I complete the task right on-time or even earlier than expected.
Self-Confidence: Believe it or not, self-confidence is VERY important! If you believe in yourself, you are more susceptible to achieving more of your goals. Also, something awesome about this kind of confidence is that it's contagious.
Team Player: Always work with your team, never against them. I know it can be tempting to try to take the glory for yourself, but believe me, you will feel better at the end of the day knowing you satisfied a server of people and worked as a team whiles doing
I am a confident person with excellent social skills, after working in different shops in real life the art of dealing with customers has pretty much become second nature to me. I can keep my cool in pressure situations and I am not afraid of asking for help if needed. One of the most vital attributes I have in regards to being a GM is that I am extremely trustworthy, I have never abused my powers when in the position of a staff member thus I have never been fired or even cautioned. As a natural hard working person in life, I am happy to do whatever tasks are required of me, regardless of who asks me to do said task.
10. Do you have a working microphone and will you be able to have a short conversation with us if you are accepted. If not, why?
Yes, I do have working microphone, but conversation will probably be held when there is no one in my house, I would like to have it without a messy background, and I would like to get concentrated.
